Are you living like Tarzan . . or are you rotting like a couch potato? This discussion should inspire you to move! We'll discuss the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle and its role in chronic disease vs. the positive effects of daily movement and excercise. We'll offer suggestions to make it simple to move and more to improve your energy and vitality.
